My Top 3 Tips For Clear Skin

Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar has been one of my favourite skin care "ingredients" for quite some time now and here's why: ACV contains very powerful alpha hydroxy acids to help remove dead skin cells and reveal a fresher and healthier complexion underneath, it unclogs pores and allows your skin to breathe properly, so it is very effective in treating acne and blackheads. It works amazing at removing excess oil from your skin and also helps to balance pH levels and can prevent your skin from becoming too oily or too dry by balancing the production of sebum. I'm using apple cider vinegar as a toner every night and I've noticed that it really helps to reduce blackheads and pore size. I don't get any pimples anymore not even around "that time of the month" if you know what I mean :P The only downside it freaking stinks but oh well, I'd do anything for clear skin! I usually mix 1 part apple cider vinegar with 2 parts water and make sure you're using organic apple cider vinegar!

Zinc Oxide Cream & Tea Tree Oil
I used to get really painful pimples from time to time and I found that using zinc oxide is the best way to treat them. It decreases the production of sebum and speeds up the healing process by decreasing inflammation. It never causes me any dryness or redness and pimples heal way faster! I'd recommend you to stay away from BPO or any harsh ingredients and use Zinc instead, it's so much better for your skin as it's gentle but very effective. Another awesome way to treat pimples is Tea Tree Oil although it can be a bit harsh on the skin so I'd only use it on pimples and never all over your face! Yes I speak from experience, I thought it would be great idea to mix it into my face mask and I literally burnt my face, so that's a no no.
