Baked blushes are my favourite types of blushes and when I finally found these Max Factor Creme Puff Blushes (9€) at my local drugstore I couldn't contain my excitement. They are also known to be a dupe for the Hourglass Ambient Lightning Blushes (30€). There are six shades to choose from, from gorgeous peachy colours to darker more bronzed shades there's something for everyone. I picked up two shades - 15 Seductive Pink, the perfect everyday colour for my skin tone as it adds a nice flush of colour to the cheeks and 25 Alluring Rose, a beautiful deep terracotta with swirls of soft coral that adds a lovely bronzed glow to the cheeks. Perfect for summer!
These baked blushes give a beautiful sheeny / satin finish which I personally love. They have the nicest combination of highlight and colour, plus the perfect amount of pigmentation that doesn’t apply too much. When it comes to blushes, I prefer building up the colour rather than having to blend ages on a really pigmented one!
The formula is buttery soft and blends perfectly into the skin.
The packaging is nothing special but I like it as you can clearly see which shade you’re picking up without having to open the packaging.
I really like these Max Factor Creme Puff Blushes and I will definitely pick up some more shades in the future! What do you think? Have you tried these blushes?
