Did you know according to a survey by The Knot; "16% of all marriage proposals take place during the month of December – with Christmas Eve and Christmas Day as the number one and two favourite days to ask the question." Which leads us nicely onto, planning your wedding! January is always a good time to try and map out your year, and with the hopes of a vaccine around the corner, weddings will be back on the agenda soon enough! And we thought we’d put together some tips to help you plan for your bridal party.
1. Flower Girls.
Let’s start with potentially the least argumentative and therefore least problematic bunch of the bridal party. Your glorious little flower girls who will hopefully not offer any resistance to what you choose to put them in! They traditionally begin the ceremony so it is a very important start to the celebration. We have some great options and here are a few of our favourites!
There is potentially nothing worse as a bridesmaid, than feeling like you’re on show and not being comfortable. Being a bride affords you a certain amount of control, so to get the best out of everyone on your day you want to have them feeling their best. And while you may want your bridesmaids to be looking uniform in their style of dress, think about different sizing requirements. And here at Chi Chi London we have you covered. We made the decision to make our best selling sillouettes in different sizing options like the stunning Tasha Dress. Take a look at some of our options below:
3. Mother of the Bride
Your mum is most likely right up there on most important people present on your big day. She’s likely put a lot of effort helping you create the day of dreams, so for her to look and feel the best version of herself on the day is again, probably right up there too. We of course know this and therefore have a lot of age appropriate options that suit Mum’s of all ages, so much so that we have a whole category dedicated to it!
