Chocolate Chunk Cookies

I love baking cookies and this is the kind of recipe one can't go wrong with, I promise! I make them every chance I get because they're so simple and super tasty. I know there are hundreds of different cookie recipes on the internet but this is how I always make them, very easy and so delicious!

- 280g all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 170g softened butter
- 100g brown sugar
- 100g granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 200g chocolate chips
- a dash of milk

01. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line two baking trays with non-stick baking paper
02. Put the butter and sugar into a large bowl and mix well until creamy. Then beat in the egg and sieve the flour, salt and baking soda over the mixture and mix everything together. You may want to add a dash of milk to the mixture to achieve a soft dough. Add the chocolate and stir well.
02. Roll balls of mixture and place them well apart on the baking tray. Place your cookies in the oven for about 10 minutes until they're golden brown on the edges and still slightly soft in the center.
